Search by name for the school. You can leave this blank if: you are a district personnel, you cannot find the school, or you are not affiliated with a school.

Retired Members: If you have retired, please select the desired school/district you retired from.

Important: Please provide information about your tenure in the MIAAA prior to retirement. This is used to prove that you should receive retirement status.

If unsure, approximate year is acceptable.
Number of years since between first year and this year not spent in position. Used to determine total number of years served.
